so the previous owners of my apartment did a lazy reno in the kitchen and decided to lay lino right on top of beautiful slate tile. I recently discovered that the tile was underneath. I want to remove the lino, but when i pull a strip up the top of the tiles are covered with a layer of glue. I need a solution to remove the glue without damaging the tiles at all.Removing Lino adhesive/glue from slate tiles?
In an area that is not so noticeable try using a razor to see if it will scrape off. Maybe try some varsol. If you do try the varsol let it dry to see what it looks like first.
