The glue it comes with is probably your best choice.
If you just applied your first set of them and they fell off, it's probably not because of the glue.
Cat's shed the outer layer of their nails about every 6-12 weeks. When you apply the first set, you have no way of knowing when they shed their claw last. Once you reapply though, they should stay just fine for 6-12 weeks.
If you lost the glue for it, I would just buy another kit. I still had glue left over when the soft paws were gone.What adhesive works the best with soft paws besides the glue it comes with?
