Quick! I got redi mix tile adhesive glue on my tiles. How do I get it off?

I put too much down and it came up and got every ware.Quick! I got redi mix tile adhesive glue on my tiles. How do I get it off?
A no-fail solvent that I've used on removing adhesives would be M.E.K. This is some very powerful stuff...If you do not like the smell of strong odor solvents, then I would suggest using lighter fluid. The kind that's for cigarette lighters. It's identifiable by its blue %26amp; yellow can. Just dampen the area %26amp; lightly scrub away. May I offer a suggestion for any future tile laying you partake in? I've installed many thousands of sq ft of tile %26amp; one thing I always do prior to the install, is I get a clean bucket of water %26amp; a nice clean grout sponge. Each %26amp; every tile that I install, I would wipe away any thin set, adhesive, residue, etc. as I tile. Thus, eliminating any recourse of unnecessary labor later....Just a thought...Best of luck to ya...Quick! I got redi mix tile adhesive glue on my tiles. How do I get it off?
Grab a putty knife and glide it off quickly before it dries. If it has already dried you will use the sharp putty knife and tap it slowly with a hammer to glide it off rather than get gouges into the new tiles. After you've removed most all of it check on the redi mix tile adhesive glue and see if they recommend something else to clean it up even more. I know once it has dried it is very tough to remove unless you have some suggestions on the can of adhesive. I have good luck being patient with a putty knife and tapping gently to take it off.
Try some laquer thinner. If you have an ace hardware nearby, get some de-solv it contractors solvent. Great stuff, and I've used it to clean up all kinds of things.

Note, this stuff will clean TAR out of carpet, 10 times better than anything else.
Acetone works well. Smells great and gets you high too!!!!
