The trouble with nylon is it was made to resist chemicals the best way is to melt it together. With a nylon sealer you may also look for nylon glue at your hardware store but it is a pain to work with. The plastics glue in the Uhu Creativ range might work.

Most strong glues are solvent based hence are likely to dissolve the nylon. Water based is probably the best thing to go for, but they are not very strong.
Have a word with Per at Lindstrand Balloons. He made Richard Branson's balloons and if he doesn't know how to glue nylon sheets together, nobody will!

I'm sorry but for all the advice given, you cannot glue nylon. It has to heat welded.
